My name is kira, I studied to become a programmer with a specialty in front-end at the college: ZBC Slagelse in Denmark.I want to work at a company where I will create creative and innovative solutions with the customer in focus.
I believe my creative thinking and skills would provide quality care for customer satisfaction.I'm dedicated to achieving a high and broad knowledge in the field I work with, and I am not afraid to share my knowledge with colleagues and others that find it interesting nor am I afraid to ask for help. I thrive by seeing a customer being provided with clear and correct information.

I'm stable in my work progress both in single-man work just as well as in teamwork, I inspire to work with designs, and it gives me great satisfaction to see my skills being used to give life to a product that can satisfy a customer/company.I've also taken part in representing the programming education at SUK-2019 in Slagelse at ZBC in DK, where the goal was to have a connected visual and physical solar system.

Customer Service - Nordic Nest : 09/2022 - 09/2023
I had a responsibility to make the customers feel welcome.
I would help customers through online chat, email, and phone to provide guidance on product selection, transportation costs and material handling.
Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate product information, processing and follow-up, resulting in a smooth experience.
-I resolved customer concerns, including delivery delays, damaged products and returns.
Internship/ Volunteer work
Copenhagen games and Vendelbo bageri in Denmark
I worked as a volunteer at Copenhagen games, which is a big Danish Esports event that happens yearly for a week, I worked mainly in the kitchen but helped out wherever help was needed, usually, it was in the IT department.I have also worked at Vendelbo bakery where I was an intern for a while, where I learned the basics of how a bakery functioned as well as how to work in a team where things keep going and you have to stay afloat at all times.
